hello. im not new to m16a2s but as for aftermarket ar's im inexperienced.
im looking for a carbine rifle and im wondering if any one can recomend a good weapon for the aforementioned amount. id prefer a carbine.
im partial to wilson (but they are twice the $800 mark), as ive owned a protector 1911. also i think rra would make a good ar.
anyone care to help me out? the other weapon im looking into is a mark krebs (wow imagine that, another 1911 guy....) ak-103k.
any one have any suggestions????

take the 800$ and pick up a pre-ban lower (Bushmaster or Colt), then trick it out to your ideal weapon of choice. Just a thought.

Yes, check out the LEGP(Limited Edition Group Purchace) AR15 rifle!! It is only $660 and made by RiverRock arms. There is a special forum dedicated to the rifle on the main forums page. Another option is to get a Bushmaster brand rifle. For the $800 that you have you can easily get a carbine with various configurations, plus they are an excellent company to deal with.

Get a preban. I saw a complete carbine in the exchange for this amount. Don't worry that much about who made it, the value is there. I have DPMS & EA prebans & love them. The Colt or Bushy might cost you more, but it's prolly not really worth the extra.

I would reccomend either the Bushmaster or the Armalite in postban guns. If you can pull together $300 or so more you could find a preban Colt SP1.

OMG i want an AR15.com LEGP rifle from Castle-Arms. I orignally said he should get a "CampyClone", but after I said that I cruised on over to check out all the hype about the LEGP. Sh*t that is one awesome M4 Carbine. I can't wait to get one. Plus all the accesories are at a discount too. I don' think they could possible sweeten this deal anymore.
