Anyone know of any other "Special Forces" group
using the SR-25 ???  We all are aware of the
SEALS but I know of no other group.  These
folks might be currently using the SR-25 in
a part of the former Soviet Union.

SEALs is capitalized, not seals. They are part of Naval Special Warfare Command, SF groups only exist in the U.S Army Special Forces.
The SEALs adopted the rifle as the Mk11 Mod 0. Some photos of undisclosed Army operators have been around, my guess is that it is used by the Army special operations community, SF and "D" boys.

Popular Mechanics June 2001 has a article on the Army Airborne Rangers the SR25 Stoner sniper rifle is listed as one of their weapons. From the picture it looks like the lightweight model with a 20" barrel. This is the same rifle that the SEALS use. Here is a link to a article on the SEALS SR25

Man what a site !  A spelling lesson, information
on where Special Forces can be found and some
excellent information to boot.

Forgot to mention but these "operators" have
shucked the Leupold scope and are using a
different day scope.  I'm not sure which scope.

The Israeli site is very interesting - thanks.
