It's hard for me to get a hardon for anything when Diane Feinstein is in the picture. Nice underfolder, though. It makes me sad to know that it was probably sawed in half and sold off for scrap.

I'm betting the weapon wasn't destroyed. When the California legislature was passing their assault weapon ban, they were needing an AK-47 for display.
They contacted the State Police, figuring there were probably lots of AKs in the evidence locker from all those drive-bys, etc. Well, there weren't any! They wound up getting an AK from a dealer.
