Quick run down...Compaq Proliant 3000 running Netware 5.1.  When you load the SCSI driver CPQSCSI.HAM do you need to specify a slot number?

Don't know Netware but why not try it and see?  If there is only one SCSI adapter compatible with that driver it would seem likely that it would load and function correctly.  

Know thats not much help, from a Proliant/NT shop myself.  Hopefully someone else will be able to help you more. {bump}

I have a 3000 over here, and I know nothing about netware, NT shop over here. :)
