Ain't no copy of the C-5. The AN124 is bigger. Got a chance to get close and personal with one. All of the tires were bald and the brake lines were severely freyed. They sure don't maintain them like we do. Damn that thing was huge...

It's the pits, but nothing we can do. About a month ago there was word that the owner of this plane had been approached about a charter. It supposedly is the largest existing transport & the only one that can doe the job.

Don't know about the AN124, but I do know that every time a C5 lands it's broke and can expect to be on the ground for 2 or 3 days. Well, it was like that 10 years ago anyway.
