what is it does anyone have a pic?

i saw a picture in a book of a rifle fired grenade on the end of an M-16 it looked kinda like a small bowling ball with an arm attaching it to the muzzle and the bay lug i think.. help its driving me bug SH&T

The weapon you saw is the Brunswick RAW[Rifleman´s Assault Weapon).
