Interesting if it happened here in New Mexico as your vehicle is seen by the law as an extension of your home (real property) and can be defended as such. No retreat issue here either.
To understand NM law, replace the PT Crusier with a nice 2400 sq. foot suburban home and then roll the video and see how fast our perp gets ventilated. As a side note, how does the video play in a court of law? If you are in the vehicle directly behind the PT Cruiser and you cause this dirt bag to assume room temperature with suitable application of 230 gr .45, does this video shed better light on your defense? |

Listening closely, the lady does appear to have crashed into the car in front of her trying to get away. You can hear her screaming in fear of her life. Its truly sad that no one helped her. I would have pinned his ass between the cars.
