First of all I agree that this is a general forum, but we really don't need porn or excessive language. I think we should use restraint because we might frighten off some members who are here to learn. It can give us gun owners a bad name also since this is a very popular site. We might be able to get more female members or other less likely people who might be interested in guns and freedom. I like jokes just as much as the next person, but it does not have to have nudity or excessive profanity to be funny. I do think people should be allowed to talk about other things in there lives besides guns. Simply almost all of us here are surely interested in guns and would not be here otherwise. Members here have problems just like anyone else have been given some good advice on things other than guns. Believe me I like reading some other than gun topics on the general forumn and have posted questions not dealing with guns , but I could see where some people might be scared off site never to return. I believe in freedom of speech, but this is a privately owned site and we should all follow the owners wishes pertaining to conduct.

I like Porn. AS long as there is a warning by the poster, then access that post at your own descretion. I can understand that alot of members on this board may be offended, so a warning seems fair, especially since I sometimes get the feeling there is some minors on here at times.

There are like 10,000 registered users here. So losing a few because they are uppity prudes doesn't bother me a bit.

Hey, Snot, I got a question for you. What does not wanting to see porn have anything to do with toughness in your SHTF scenario? Not a damn thing! I don't hear guys banging Bibles on the table and screaming about going to hell for looking at naked chicks. To the contrary, the men who have expressed a religious position on this have been very respectful and restrained. No one says they are nancy boys who don't like girls or a re afraid of sex. We like girls just fine. All I hear is guys saying, "I come here to look at guns. If I want a naked chick I'll go undress my wife or girlfriend." In fact, I would question the "toughness" of the guys who get their sexual stimulation from looking at images on a screen instead of wanting to suqeeze the real thing. The real deal takes a lot more man to manage than clicking a mouse or flipping a page.

Clearly, those who like [nudie pics]are incapable of NOT posting porn, in simple courtesy to others. These same children go basllistic when I post a Bible verse, indicating how "offended" they are that I would force my beliefs on them.

Children usually want everything their own way, and care little for the desires of others. Children will be children.

The mods have stated board policy, and will enforce it. Children will continue to disregard the rules.

Let's let this discussion die. It ONLY serves to feed the attention-starved children the attention they are certain they DESERVE.
