That would solve the 2nd ammendment issue, change Bear to Bare. Swinestein, Kennedy, if you're reading this, pass this new bill.

To tell you the truth I had two pain pills in me last night.I hit edit three times.Had it right the first time,changed it,changed it back,and finally screwed it up again.
