I check it every so often and nobody seems to be using it. It is a great way to sell/buy guns within your same state without going through a FFL.

Spread the word.

Thanks for reposting this. I was thinking about this last week, and could not find my bookmark to it. We do need to spread the word and use this site.

Agree. It seems that Colorado, Texas, Florida and Minn are using it. We need more listings there. Spread the word to every gun site you visit.

Just looked at a bunch of stuff in Ohio, and it said "must go through dealer, 4473" And lots of coins and books. FTS! There was another sight like that I found months ago...that one isnt it.

I was thinking the same thing...thanks for posting it...think I will submit a request to gunsamericas site to do the same thing...guns for sale by state the info is in there anyway just has to be collated

I used this service last fall. I got the Bennelli I had been wanting and the guy lived less than a mile from me. A good service that shouldn't be overlooked when looking to buy a firearm.

Now if only we could get enough people to use it so that I could find that USP Compact, USP Tactical, FAL, M1A, and of course all the ARs I want, then we would be in business.

And I think to myself "I passed up a camping/drinking trip to Black Canyon Lake to watch this pitiful 6ers-Bucks game? WTH was I thinking?"

-anothergene, I think you may have been confusing the "additional" services provided at the top of the page, with the actual private party ads located below.

Sorry the layout seems confusing.

-9divdoc, You can search by state with gunsamerica.com by using the area code search, I included that as a convenience at the top of the56.com
