hey guys i found that buy installing the hammer spring 'the other way around' - the spring tension is not as stiff and as a result the triger pull is substanstially reduced. is it a 'bad' thing to leave the spring in the reversed position? thanks in advance steve

I once bought a Hesse AR-15 {I no longer own!} that had just about every thing in the lower recievers fire control pack in backward. It was a OK single shot,it would fire, eject, chamber and then the trigger would be dead. You could get the trigger to "kick in" by flipping the safty on then back to "fire".
