Moderator status can only be achieved on a probationary level by purchase of the LEGP rifle and a CAV-15 lower. Upon completion of a complete rifle based on the Cavalry Arms lower it has to be shipped to our resident "Test & Evaluation expert" in AZ. His name is TreeTop. He is assisted by the R&D technician Top Crest.If your rifle passes the "tests" your name will be added to the list of potential Moderators.Your rifle will be returned to you......eventually.
