I remember someone posting this (several times) and silly me, I've never copied it for own 'records'. Can someone post this diagram again? It shows fps for 16, 20, 21, and 24" barrels. I'm not sure about the 21" length. It was a bullpup barrel, so I'm not certain if it was 21", but that's beside the point. [:)]

I don't have a diagram however; I believe the general rule of thumb is 75fps per/inch of barrel length.

Here's a good question though. Why is the 21.5" barrel faster than the 24"? That would conclude that 21.5" is a about around the power curve, barrel length vs. bullet drag in barrel. But then the 26" barrel is even faster! Do you think it was a misprint on the 21.5" barrel? Perhaps it should have been 3268 instead of 3368?

Nah...its a different rifle. The action must lock up longer, or the gas tube/gas port dimension might/must be different, thats all.
