Greetings,
Please advise as to the value of a Colt ar15 sp1 in very good condition that has been converted to Automatic. It is fully transferable (registered receiver). Included with this is an additional complete 15" sp1 upper.

Who did the conversion? A converted gun is not worth as much a factory full auto but if its done right it will shoot just as good. The price will depend on where you live and if the gun is on a form 4 or form 3.

I'd say about $5000 for the gun (give or take a couple hundred on either side) and another $350 for the spare upper.
