... all over the world. This virus started late yesterday and has already hit over 30 countries including the US. Subject: Homepage Body: You've got to see this page! It's really cool ;O) Attachment: homepage.HTML.vbs If you receive any emails that resemble this please delete them immediately. Do not open them, do not click on the attachment. If you open this email it will delete all of your email and send a copy of this virus to everyone in your address book. Received this from our MIS department a few minutes ago.

The MSFC PAO just did a public announcement on this virus over the loudspeakers, so it must pretty serious. Merlin

When is everyone going to realize you don't run anything that ends with the VB script (.vbs). The Anna K had a .jpg.vbs, and try to fool some unsuspecting prey.

Chaingun, I was thinking the same thing. Probably doesn't help any that Microsoft keeps setting the "hide file extensions for known file types" to the "off" position by default on all of their OS's. I work for a company's help-desk and you'd be amazed at how many people don't know about file extensions. Just really dumb on MS's part.
