Regular old plain mustard, and lots of it.
The other kinds are faggot food. |

I keep plain yellow, spicy brown and Dijon on hand. Thy each have their purpose.

I make my own mustard. Couple gallons a year is more than enough.
mustard seeds It ain't rocket surgery. Toasting the seeds before grinding them makes it worth the effort. |

I get my mustard from a German deli, they make their own that is like crack and have a large selection of bottled ones I can't pronounce.

Popeyes has a Creole Mustard for their strips that has a lot of horseradish in it. It's fabulous!

Aldi has a variety of mustards they import during their German Days or whatever they call it, that are amazing. I stocked up last time they had them.
The whole grain mustard is awesome on homemade soft pretzels. |

Grabbed several bottles of Burman's Sriracha brown Mustard at Aldi clearanced for like $.99. That stuff is the bomb. Generally I like the horseradish brown mustards too. |
