Ireland: Judge Agrees to Give 'One Last Chance' to Convicted Sex Offender With 34 Prior Convictions
A judge has agreed to give one last chance to a convicted sex offender who poses a risk to public safety. 
Judge Melanie Greally (a Fine Gael/Labour political appointment) Munir Ghariani (26) received a suspended jail term last May after he admitted attacking a woman on a street “for the thrill”. At the time, Judge Melanie Greally warned Ghariani that she would have “no hesitation” in reactivating the three-year sentence if he broke any of the conditions for his release. Today the Probation Service brought the case back before Judge Greally because of his failure to meet with Probation Officers. His probation officer Michelle Richardson said she had not seen him in person since his sentencing. She said that a man posing such a risk to public safety as Ghariani needs to present himself regularly to the Probation Service. |

Welp . . . that dumbass "judge" should be forced to take this little dumpling in and let him live with her. I mean . . . one more chance should only endanger her and her family as far as I am concerned. I certainly don't want the fucker near my family in Ireland.

Don't worry eventually one of his victims will defend themselves with mace or a knife or a gun and oh wait no they can't. Pointy sticks and harsh language are illegal too. Sucks to be them I guess. This shit happens when you outsource personal protection to the state and even the state loses interest in protecting you so they can feel better about immigrants.

What else is new. Where I used to live some idiot female judge pulled this on a high risk violent career criminal. Bunch of people got shot up, cops almost died, careers ended, one of the worst le shootings in the counties history.
