Having a "work out" body is %85-95 about diet... I know fat cops/people who can lift (and do) a ton of weight, some even get T shots. I know thin people who look is great physical shape, but have no stamina or strength, but they eat a very healthy diet. It really means nothing in terms of if they take supliments or workout.
