Wow, would love to see what lead up to that.
My guess: No look lane change across the double yellow into the carpool lane right in front of the biker at or below the speed limit, causing bike to almost dump it or hit them. I had a near miss with what would have been a really, really bad crash when someone crossed into the toll lane from stopped traffic. I was doing 70+, they popped out in front of me doing 5-10. I didn't even have time to brake, I shot around them on the shoulder, got a little squirrelly in the process. |

Was the biker super human? You can kick a car call day, you aren't going to alter it's vector like that. Car would have to be doing many magnitudes of order higher velocity for that type of force to cause it to crash.
