I over torque a screw on one and stripped it out. Didn't hear the wrench click to indicate I was at my poundage. Emailed ADM and they said to ship it to them. They sent me a brand new mount with no charge within a week's time. It's the only time I've ever had an issue with one of their mounts and it was my fault. It'll take a lot to make me switch brands, I'm more than happy with them.

I'll stick my LaRue mounts and my two old ARMS mounts despite the fact they usually requires a hammer to get them locked down and pry bar to unlock them.

I also prefer ADM mounts over any other reasonably priced QD mount including Larue. I would like to know what the OP was doing to remove the spring, I'm guessing it was intentional as that's the only way I see the springs coming out. |

My optic was expensive I remove it all the time. Anytime the rifle's going in the safe or a range bag with other guns or anything else that could possibly scratch it.Sometimes I remove it to do viewing though it, MK8 glass is sweet. Also I move it forward on the rail to QD the PVS14 in to the aimpoint twist base with the TNVC ring to use the scope at night. Quoted:
