: people who are docile, compliant, or easily influenced : people likened to sheep
James Nichols, who ran the family farm here, stamped dollar bills with red ink in protest against currency and told his neighbors that they were “sheeple” for obeying authority like livestock. — Sara Rimer and James Bennet Apple's debuted a battery case for the juice-sucking iPhone—an ungainly lumpy case the sheeple will happily shell out $99 for. — Doug Criss Merriam-Webster I saw it on MacRumors. They're upset for some reason... |

Is it time to dump on Apple users again? So in!
Sent from my iPhone 6S Plus |

I don't know about apple phones much but their macs sure are useless.

Yet Glock gets mad Arfcom love for the same business model with less innovation...

My 2010 iMac that I am typing this one laughs at you. It is still a bad ass machine.

I love playing games that are 3 years old and buying outdated hardware, but somehow my computer is better at graphics and music and shit. #refined |

I like apple for the warranty
I have a no contract carrier samsung laughed at me when I purchased a brand new phone and asked about a warranty so baaaaa baaaa ba |

I have a 4s that I have used daily, in construction, since Dec. 2010 and it won't die. No repairs ever. Otterbox defender since new. I'm pretty happy with it.
Oh, its the original battery too. |

It just works..... and I'm pretty sure some idiot can break it just as easily as they can windows.
ETA I'd post a pic of the most hypocritical thing known to man (steve jobs finger, ibm pic) but I aint cool enough. |

I had a Samsung Galaxy for a work phone once, that thing was a steaming pile of shit.

I've never worn out an iPhone, I've gone through multiple Samsung.

Meh. Both Apple and Android have pros and cons and annoyances all their own.
I think Apple would dominate if they would shit can itunes (or at least make interacting with it less painful) and allow us to drag and drop. Android would dominate if they put an end to carrier bloatware and figured out how to make a Linux based system stable |

As I am streaming directv to my apple tv data free, typing on my ipad, and using my iphone as the hotspot I just want to say baaaaahhh
|

My MacBook is literally thinner and weighs about the same as a paper notebook at this point.
That's great when you have to fly several times a month and get sick of carrying around a big ass computer. The screen is also ridiculously nice, which means I can usually watch movies on it during flights. |
|
I'm all about PC for my computers, but I use an Apple phone. I just don't care as much about my phone I guess.
|
|
And non-Apple users are emotionally attached to "their" product and hate everything else.

Was a PC guy for years till last year. Bought the 5k Mac to go with my 6S Plus and IPad.
Ed Wroten on my IPad |

I've bounced back and forth between apple and android for years, both work, but I prefer apple at this point, arguing between the two is like arguing ski's vs snowboard, kinda stupid.

One fucking mouse button? What the hell am I supposed to do with that?

The major airlines (and most of the minor ones) provide an Ipad to each pilot, for use as an EFB. (Electronic flight bag)
It replaces all of the Charts, Maps, Manuals and documents that used to be carried in those big leather flight kits. It's difficult to explain how amazing that is, that an off the shelf product can replace so many critical functions; and that it can be reliable enough and rugged enough for everyday use. |

By the same token, every system is funded and controlled by Jizz guzzling fuckstains. Apple works and without fucking with shit constantly. Microsoft trash needs pointless fussing. If I had to fuck with a Tractor as much as Microsoft garbage requires, nobody would have food on the table tomorrow. Tools vs Toys. |

I fought Apple as long as I could. I didnt want to go to Apple but Android forced me. My $500 Google phone and Android OS were both piles of shit, so I sadly went to Apple. Next time have a better product and dont be a total shithead company, Google and I wont go to Apple. Seems simple, doesnt it?

I need the damn thing to work like a Box end wrench. It's a liability to have to dick with it, when the objective is to simply turn a nut. Android requires constant fucking with things, and options that are open ended. Adapt or endlessly tinker..... |

I've had both iPhones and Android phones. They both work, but I prefer iPhones simply because it's what I'm used to.
I've used both Mac and Windows machines for all sorts of things including studio recording and mixing... both work fine with the proper setups for the task at hand. I prefer PC/Windows, because it's what I'm used to. Amazingly, I don't much give a shit what other people use in their daily lives either. They're just tools, and irrational fanboy shit is ridiculous no matter what it is. iTunes could definitely use some better functionality and UI tho. |
