Not a NASCAR fan but the race brings crazy traffic to town.
And people visiting with a fancy car of some kind just love to rev and floor it at a traffic light. Oh, you are here to watch the race, not to street race.

Watched maybe 20 laps today. Stands were empty from what I could see. Hope they have a better turnout tomorrow.

Yeah it was pretty empty, but they also do not open the stand in turns 1 and 2 either so it is even worse. It also was hot. Even the fan zone was lacking. Went looking for Denny Hamlin stuff and there was nothing. Npt much a selection. Same with vehicle displays. Just seemed the other year races there was more stuff going on.
