Fo. Nothing wrong with that lower. I'd be surprised if you even find the cosmetic blem.

I think thats what I used on my beater AR. Don't know how many rounds but I have not cleaned in the 2 years I've owned it. So far, no problems.

With a $30 transfer fee, I'm looking at $159. Then its off to buy the upper.
Upper Thoughts? Can I probably get another complete upper for a better price? (Non EE). |

Of course! I've built many an AR from PSA over the years, with nary a problem.
Only exception being a weak extractor on my first PSA build, nothing since. |

Spend twenty dollars more and get the lower that comes with the Magpul trigger guard ($8), the Magpul moe grip ($15), and the Magpul moe stock ($35).

So, the $129.00 complete lower, the $269.00 complete upper (yet to buy), and the $30 transfer fee will put me at $428.00. I have an extra carry handle so that's covered. How much cheaper could I get it without building it myself?

Looks better (if that matters). Less wear on brass (doesn't matter if you don't reload.) Longer sight radius if you have a FSB... Longer handguards, more grip area. |

Well, I purchased this upper. I figured its a good compromise. If I'm reading it correctly, it's a carbine upper but with a 16" barrel. Any opinions on how I did?
