I have been working on  a good baby back method
I last tried  a overnight marinade of cider vinegar, salt pepper, garlic and onion powder, ginger, curry powder, cayenne powder, allspice, paprika
onto weber gas grill at 225 for about 7 hours
tasted good, but I'm wondering if I should try a dry rub only?
