I got an invite to shoot with a bunch of other bloggers in Moyockistan in 2008. Guns provided by Para, ammunition by International Cartridge Corp., instruction by Todd Jarrett. I came home with a Blackwater long-sleeve T-shirt. And I bought the pistol. Still have both. They get used about the same amount.

Yeah, that place was Disneyworld for shooters.

It's been a while since I've been around any SEALs, at least any I've known of. But I can't think of any that display a trident on their vehicle. Except maybe Jesse the "Wad" Ventura.

My niece worked for Erik Prince in the Blackwater to XE Services days.

She has nothing BUTT!!! praise of all of the people she worked with.

BTW, she went to Princeton when she was in the 9th grade, an over achiever like her Dad.

He died with 16 Masters under his belt that all dealt with International Law on the High Seas.

Her father, my brother. And the FBI sent my Dad a cover because of his input on one of my brother's missions {Lockheed Aircraft Capabilities and Procurements}.
Dad was Chief Flight Engineer Instructor of Lockheed Aircraft from the early '60s to Jan81. C-140, C-141, C-130 and C-5 including their variants.

Glenn saved lives, I took them.

People that bad mouth Blackwater argue over bird house colors.

They also offered open-to-public classes and had a small retail store onsite where you could buy gear, ammo, and blackwater-branded merch.

Sometimes I wear the BW shirt when shopping in my lib town's grocery store.

I live near the old campus in Moyock NC, I taught combat lifesaving for a while part time. It is nothing like it was.

And real operators dont put stickers on their vehicles. One instructor said it was sign the owner had contracted retardicititis, and I dont have any BW stuff.

Friend who worked there gave me a Blackwater tee shirt years ago.

Wore it around liberal NOVA.

Some old hippy-looking lady asked me if it was from "Blackwater Wildlife Refuge?"

"Why yes, ma'am. Yes it is." Was about all I could manage.
