Lol, that was a good shoot, from a probable gang member.
Give him a ticket for having an "illegal" weapon, and send everyone on their way. |

His mom setting there watching her son posturing with the gun.
There's no hope for people that stupid. Chances are she'll never think she ever made a mistake in her life. |

What I find interesting about the whole thing is, They haven't made Tec-9's since the early 90's yet every dipshit seems to have one.

I live in this county and that station is in a very rough area.

I don't think it looks bad at all. The dead guy was an obvious threat, and if you stop shooting too soon, he'd turn around and fire back. Shooter did the right thing by firing upon dead guy until the vehicle provided him concealment to run. View Quote i don't disagree with you. i think our perspective/opinion is very different than that of the average american judge/juror. |

I would have thought all those thick medical school books in his back pack would have stopped the small caliber rounds of the shooter...

I wonder how many rounds went into the strip mall across the street?

I don't see murder there. The guy got deaded because he kept pressing up on the shooter. Hell he had a gun himself. Still no fucks given, too bad they both didn't do some shooting, might have been a closed case. Chasing after the guy was probably a bad idea. Just doing what cops do. Shoot until the threat stops moving, or something like that. |

i'll go with this, but add that him chasing the "victim" and continuing to shoot him (in the back apparently?) looks bad. no fuck given by me, but i tend to think that won't play well with jurors or a judge. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

Watch the arrest video BCV posted above. In it, the suspect states loudly: "SELF DEFENSE!" In general terms, maybe. Problems are: - suspect was 20 years old and prohibited from buying a handgun, and -highly unlikely he had a CCW even if the gun were legally possessed and - he probably has a prior felony conviction record barring him from possessing any ammunition or firearm, let alone illegally carrying one. He will be doing hard time in any case. i'll go with this, but add that him chasing the "victim" and continuing to shoot him (in the back apparently?) looks bad. no fuck given by me, but i tend to think that won't play well with jurors or a judge. I'm thinking he wanted to put holes in him before he got that Tec-9 back out. So keep in close. He broke off when he could use the SUV as some cover. |

I think the most shocking thing is Tec-9 dude keeping his finger straight an off the trigger when he was posturing. Thats as rare as someone using the sights on an AK in a snack bar video.

Which of you posted this on the gofundme page? One more useless, worthless piece of trash shot dead. Not so big now eh ? Flashing your gun in the middle of a gas station forecourt. Thinking your some kind of gangster. You will NOT be missed. The more of you that are shot dead the better. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN. Almost embarrassed that your family are now begging online to pay for your funeral. Guess the drug dealing wasn't all that lucrative ? |

So he's a possible criminal asshole? Still not murder. ETA from the linked article Yes, it's the gun's fault, and the dad would SURELY have been in the kid's life... Can't seem to find anything on the BLM protests that are sweeping the nation over this incident.

I'm shocked this happened on the south side of Macon. I guess there are no more safe spaces in GA anymore.

Based on just the video, Theres a good chance the shooter will walk. View Quote I'm betting there were some undocumented business transactions that fostered this. He aslo didn't draw down on the TEC-9 guy until he put it away and then turned his back to the shooter. As much as I agree with you, I think a prosecutor will take this all the way especially in a major urban city |

One of the comments: After being shot in the face and back a couple of times Kareem runs of to the safety of his mom waiting in her truck. As he slowly reaches for the tec-9 in his pants to return fire on the fool that clipped him he starts feeling a warm and welcoming feeling in his whole body. Graciously he descends to the ground. As he lays on the concrete of an unmanned gas station he looks up in the sky, tears fill his eye's as blood fills his mouth. Then he gets a kiss form the angle of death. Kareem dies in the street while his mother is struggling to get out of her car. View Quote |
