I don't see murder there.
The guy got deaded because he kept pressing up on the shooter.
Hell he had a gun himself.
Still no fucks given, too bad they both didn't do some shooting, might have been a closed case.

One of the comments:
After being shot in the face and back a couple of times Kareem runs of to the safety of his mom waiting in her truck. As he slowly reaches for the tec-9 in his pants to return fire on the fool that clipped him he starts feeling a warm and welcoming feeling in his whole body. Graciously he descends to the ground. As he lays on the concrete of an unmanned gas station he looks up in the sky, tears fill his eye's as blood fills his mouth. Then he gets a kiss form the angle of death. Kareem dies in the street while his mother is struggling to get out of her car.

Self defense. The dead guy instigated, and brandished his pistol. The shooter just waited until he had an advantage and took it. Just because the guy getting shot ran, doesn't mean he isn't just going for cover.

The best thing we can do as society for those types of things is just get out of the way and let Darwin take over. As I have said many times, a big problem with modern society is that we have removed Darwin from the equation.
