When hitting submit the page refreshes, clears typed text, and shows the error: "The Following Errors Were Found Message text missing." |

DUnno what happened, but literally 5 minutes ago, I hit something on the keyboard and now see PILES and PILES of Industry logos at the top and bottom, its literally taking up 1/2 the screen. If i wanted to click on Vendors, I know where to go. I dont want to see that crap all the time. Too many ads, and the fact that we are paying members was the appeal of being a member, no ads, etc.
There is a banner at the top with ads and drop down for the particular forums that doesnt move or go away, taking up more of my screen Im on a desktop BTW not mobile. . |

Public search is not giving the next page option, this defaults the max results to 10 instead of 50. Also, not getting most recent results in the 10 that one gets either. Already posted here http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_1_3/1968433_.html&page=1&anc=64800311#i64800311 and Phil_in_Seattle was getting the same using Chrome and Win 7. I am using Firefox and Win 10.

When a video is embedded, put the hotlink URL right beneath the video so it can be opened in a separate window, or seen at all depending on my paranoia settings. Other people quote Video posts often just to get the URL. The video box itself doesn't click, I'd just like the text link under it for whatever was pasted to the embed code is all. 
Wish Thread Can this be added? I wrote a macro so when I post a YouTube video, it adds the URL to link to YouTube right below it. Can't this be an easy add to the message posting inteface? Example, I just copy the URL, then run macro, and it gives the below. ======================== - attached image management for staff is done - fixed bug for editing archived posts - fixed display bug for notes in vertical view - added youtube link under videos (requested!) - fixed bug with arl/jrs posting (will update in a minute) - fixed bug with blog display - fixed bug with moving archived threads - fixed sitemap - fixed issue with forgot password recovery - updated site heartbeat to include new group system (why icons were not showing for CG) - fixed gunstruction part owned save that ended up with 500 error - fixed ignored threads scrolling above sticky bar - fixed IM area display issue (breaking styles on bottom of page) - fixed IM cancel button - added next/prev arrows for IM folders - fixed IM select all bug - fixed IM USER link in forums to properly open up new IM compose window - added instagram feed to site homepage - added twitter feed to site homepage - fixed hamburger menu (was part of the previous small update) - fixed bug with hamburger menu that was keeping you from scrolling (also in that previous small update) - fixed non-team search to properly display 50 results - removed old group management tool (STAFF) - restored file caching settings (should help save on BW for users) - expanded ad system to work with spritemaps (saves on calls to server and BW for users) - added ammo oracle back to the site and menu - created structure for old articles, guides, help tutorials (content will be back over the next few days!) - gunstruction prep for new release... AK platform incoming! - avatar creator tool bug fix - updated menus, header, forums, and more with style changes That's pretty much everything in this update. I'll keep an eye on any errors that come from it and get those fixed as quickly as possible. Still lots to do and we will also be bringing back essential content pages like the lower build guide, serial number lists, etc. |

I don't know is this is feasible in terms of database load but for the user notes it would be nice if they were displayed if I made a note about someone.
Right now (unless I'm doing it wrong) there is no way to see if I created a note about someone other than clicking the note icon to check. Possible Solution 1: Display my user note under their post. Possible Solution 2: Have a mouseover event on the note icon that displays my user note for that user if one exists. Possible Solution 3: Make the user note icon a different color if a user note exists. |

Slight bug in the Youtube link write.

On a phone, what happened to the left side fly-out that presented Active Topics, Subscriptions, forums, etc.? And the icon for tools always appeared in the upper left corner on every screen. That was the epitome of convenience.

Not sure how feasable it would be but, would it be possible to have a way to either hide or ignore threads? Not users but threads themselves so they don't keep popping up?
Eta the 365 threads if I didn't want tosee them again. Other than that no complaints at all with the new site. Doing good work. |

I'm getting code in my posts when I include an emote. It looks like it happens mostly with the ones to the left of the message window, and not so much with the ones on the Emote menu.
   
  
ETA: well crap, it's not doing it now. It was happening in GD, and when I made a post in the Test forum just a few minutes ago. I'm using Firefox 51.0.1 on Windows 7. |

When I click on a thread that I haven't read yet and only read the OP and then exit the thread, when I come back and click on my green arrow it takes me all the way to the bottom of the first page instead of the first reply.

When I go to "My Topics" and choose "General" for the filter, it defaults back to "AR-15".
But when I choose any of the other options, it changes appropriately. Is this by design? This functionality was available before the site upgrade, but now it seems to not be working. |

UPDATE
============================ - GUIDES added to resource menu. This houses most of the old documents and articles including lower build, serial number list, etc. It will also house a variety of PDF guides and manuals. - Fixed bug with aws api - Fixed ammo-oracle menu - Few admin bug fixes - Group icon issue fixed (new icons will show now) - Fixed bug with Archive thread editing/trashing - Fixed book sample pages (titles, links, etc) - Fixed GS feedback - Content pages now have lighter backgrounds - Setup table cells to vertical align properly for posts - Altered how posts are handled for editor. This was a large undertaking. The backend code all the way to how you see things is new. It should help cut down on server load as well as speed things up for everyone. The BBCode edits should be cleaner and less "altered" by the translator which we relied on previously. In short, this will be a nicer way to go. Other fixes included, but mostly minor items. |
