You young kids missed out.
Fucking Mighty Mouse. Kicked the cats ass and flew off with a hot mouseette at the end of every episode. Mickey Mouse was his bitch. Road Runner when he got to hit the ground, or train, or cliff, or get blown up. They never show that anymore. Weak. |

My daughters watch GI Joe from the 1980's on YouTube.
We always laugh when a Cobra plane shoots down a Joe plane and they always parachute out. Every. Time. |

Got my son watching the classics.
He-Man G.I. Joe Faces of Death Voltron I ain't raisin no pussy. |

My 2y/o twins watch Daniel Tiger when it's on TV and daddy needs to keep them occupied so he can take a shit in peace. Otherwise, it's either Cars or Wild Kingdom (caribou are their heros this week, I don't know why)

Looney Tunes are all you need. Kiddy shows are awful
Through LT I learned that properly applied violence DOES solve things. I gained an appreciation for classical music. I learned from Yosemite Sam that you can sound like you're cussing without cussing. I learned from Bugs Bunny that sometimes crossdressing is okay |

Not a cartoon but a good DT remedy is The A-Team. My four year old daughter loves it.

I will maintain that Spongebob Squarepants is a great fucking role model with many desirable life traits.
1. He has a chipper and positive outlook on life and sees wonder in everything. 2. Cultivates lasting and valuable friendships with those around him, regardless of species or lifeform type. 3. He is able to see the best in everyone, even to those who might consider him an enemy. 4. He is gainfully employed and is an enthusiastic, hard worker. 5. Has a house of his own. 6. Engages in many hobbies which are fun, enriching, and fulfilling. 7. Practices martial arts. 8. Although he does not always succeed at it, his perseverance in school indicates a tenacious spirit towards education. He is constantly self-improving. Be Spongebob. |

I think I'm glad I've never even heard of Daniel tiger or caillou.
Although I do agree with the dude up above and his defense of spongebob, that shit's on point. Aside from Phineas and ferb, I'd also recommend the Regular Show but it may be aimed at a different age set than Daniel tiger. |

My 3 year old son likes Daniel Tiger but I'm pretty sure I'm cutting him off. The show's messages are bad (the potty episode is fucking bizarre, kids watching each other go potty) and the autotuned songs are downright horrible.
He loves the old school Mr. Rogers episodes where they visit factories and stuff, it's hard to believe that Daniel Tiger spawned out of that. Sesame Street is garbage now too. Cookie monster can't even eat cookies, everything is about veggies now. |

Haven't owned a TV since 1998. We rely on our white privilege as our main source of entertainment. |

It was really funny when my wife started singing it that way too |
