No hate for me... the zipper on my "Hopper 20" broke after a few hard years on my boat. I called them up and explained the problem and expected nothing to be done. To my surprise they said to send a photo and a few minutes later they sent me an email they were going to replace my hopper 20 for free!!! Yup "FREE"!!!!! Now that's not bad if I say so myself...

My Tundra 65 lid started warping and they sent me a free 75 in exchange for the old one.
eta: It was probably about 7 or 8 years old. |

Love my Hopper 20 and looking forward to getting the Flip this spring. My 65 has been a beast also.......... Good thread Slugo!! Good to know they stand behind their warranties..........

Drago did the same thing for my rifle bag, for the same reason, and they sent it with a sticker. Good customer service is worth lots.

My rotomold Ozark Trail cooler broke a latch and guess what one phone call and no pictures and they sent me two replacements.
