When: March 23-25, 2017. Locals-I will be contacting you to help set up the course, we will run everyone we can the weekend before hand to be able to run as many as possible.

Where: White Hills, Arizona in the Mojave Wasteland! The turn off is 69 miles from McCarran Airport in Las Vegas. And about another 40 minute drive on dirt roads. A decent clearance vehicle will be needed, but 4WD not necessary. Oh, and please note: there is no cell phone service for a couple of miles. This means that during an awkward silence in a conversation, one can't just whip out their gadget. I highly recommend anyone without a truck to park at the rendezvous point and be shuttled in, also, those heading in please check the RP for people and give a ride to anyone you can. There were no casualties in 2015, so things should be fine...right?

From Pierce Ferry Rd, take a left going north on Greggs Hideout Rd.

The road doglegs to the left, as "Spring St."

At the end of Spring St., take a right on Hideout Rd.

Follow Hideout Rd until you reach Gladiola. Take a left.

Follow Gladiola, the road is better on the left side of the fence, until it eventually crosses over and goes along the right side of it.

Continue on Gladiola until you reach the end, where you will encounter your first Peep sign signaling you to make a right turn

The rest of the way is Peep signs and orange flagging....see you at the camp.

You're going to turn left (north) on Greggs Hideout Rd.



Keep going alllll the way until you reach Gladiola, take a left, and keep to the left side of the fence as long as you can as the road is better




These are the types of signs you are looking for starting at the end of Gladiola...


Local accommodations: There are 3 gas stations at on Highway 93 within a mile of the White Hills turn off. One does have a cafe (Rosie's Den) with great food. Only expect these places to have the basics as far as supplies. If you would like to stay in civilization and just drive out for the events, Las Vegas/Henderson/Boulder City are your closest places for that on the Nevada side, and Kingman is almost equal distance on the Arizona side.

Sleeping arrangements on site: There will be at least a couple of small RV's that contestants are bringing, if you have one that meets the clearance criteria, feel free to bring it. Otherwise, please pack whatever camping gear in the manner you are accustomed to-tent, sleeping bag, and I recommend a tarp to place your tent on.

Restrooms: 2 porta-potties on site.

Food: We have SigChef...he will make your mouth orgasm. If that's not enough, he can make an orgasm in your mouth if you so prefer. SigChef will make dinner a magical time for all across the Mojave Wasteland, we will also have oatmeal, fruit, and tortillas and whatnot to turn the previous night's dinner into breakfast burritos. Fret not.

Dranks:: There will be water and other refreshments, plus adult beverages. If you're driving and have the room, bring extra for those that are flying in or shuttling to the site.

Signups: Announcing "100% In" plus CW Vet if you is one is how it is done, lads. Not everyone will show up. The list will be updated as people drop off and standbys move in. As we get closer to the event (weeks, then days) everyone will be confirming travel plans or bowing out. I plan to run everyone who signs up and shows up, regardless of what the numbers are. The 75 number is for planning group food and swag bags more than anything else.

Participants: (* indicates vet status-much privilege) Sign up date/time and Cola Warrior Vet status will determine eligibility for run during the scheduled event, 75 participants. Every effort will be made to run anyone who shows up, regardless of signup and Vet status. Lower guys on the list, and lack of vet status, may not get fed or swagged though, but you can get your run in and have a shot at prizes, as well as achieve vet status for the future. Remember, a top 10 finish at a regional such as West gives you a shot at a slot at the Championship in Liberty MS.

OVERALL RULES:
Follow all firearms safety rules.
No handling firearms after drinking.
No items of a sexual nature, there are kids around.
Must sign waiver before running course.
Listen to CW Staff - if they tell you not to do something and you do it, you're done.
If you break any of these rules you will be banned from this and all future Cola Warriors.

COURSE RULES:
5 minute penalty for each failed obstacle.
Each obstacle must be attempted for at least 10 seconds.
Last Peep must be in mouth before run.
5 minute penalty for each target left un-hit, one hit each steel target.
5 minute penalty for hitting pistol targets with rifle.
Reactive targets must be hit to react as designed, falling targets must fall.
5 minute penalty for each Carbonated beverage unchugged.
10 minute total chug time allowed, everything left after will be penalized.
6x 12oz cans, 3x 24oz cans, or 1x 2liter with a 5oz chaser are the only allowed sizes.
If you vomit before finishing a 12oz can, no matter how much is left that can it is a 5 minute penalty.
If you vomit before finishing a 24oz can, no matter how much is left that can is a 10 minute penalty.
If you vomit before finishing 2 liter it is a 30 min penalty


Note:
1. The usual two pistol mags, two rifle mags rule is in effect. However, there will be no capacity limit to the mags, or belts. Beta mags, drums, etc. are all good to go. To balance that, you only have 10 minutes from the first round fired to complete the course of fire. To avoid tearing up the nifty reactive steel targets, please don't plan on bringing calibers that exceed 3500 fps at the muzzle or 3500 ft/lbs of energy. Due to fire risk (really) and general liability, no ammo that attracts a magnet can be used.
2. Theme is Atlas Chugged and the obstacles will reflect that. If you've ever read Atlas Shrugged, you'll get it. If not, just wear a snazzy Che shirt and you should be fine.

This is a family event. We look forward to seeing the next generation of Cola Warriors advance through the ranks. We will have a kids course, which will be a miniaturized version of the regular one. Depending on age, we will use Airsoft or .22LR. If you've never been to a CW event, you won't be disappointed, these are the greatest human beings you could ever hope to puke with.
