How do I get the horizontal scroll bar back? You don't. 
But seriously I can't see any images or youtube on my phone now. |

Click on the picture, it will open it to fit the screen so you can see the whole thing at once rather than scrolling back - forth - up - down, then click the X in the corner to close it.

Are you using a mouse with a scroll wheel? You can click the wheel and scroll up, down, left, right on pages that necessitate it. The click the wheel again to stop the scroll function.

Thanks. I forgot about the mouse scroll click. That might work when I'm on the computer with the mouse I'll try that later (I check in on laptops too). Id also forgotten about just clicking on the pic.
