Few things
-move the NRA/Tank, etc logos into the gray box (put it below the $ for feedback) it looks weird where it is. -the quote truncation is irritating! Can we turn it off, or get an option to do so in settings (unless it's there) -is it just me or do posted pics load bigger? -- reading the thread "AR15 High Quality Photos Pic Thread", the pics are yuuuuge. |

Thanks GB, all of my issues have been addressed. Looks great now. You know with all this work, they need to upgrade you from a Yugo company car to a 83 Plymouth Horizon. You really deserve something nice for all this work.

Thought the higher the feedback meant the more rep power they had -- which is a huge turn off on boards these days (to me). |

View Quote I'm not sure about having it default to the forum. I usually flip flop between subscriptions and active topics, then open threads in a new window. I'd say if a user manually clicks a forum selection (let's say general as an example) then it should stay that way unless the user changes it, rather than reverting back to "all". If the user wants all, they can select all, and it'll stay that way. |

I'm just really stopping by to say thanks.
I use mobile Arf 99% of the time. This last little tweak you've made in the last hour or two is beautiful. This new site is 1000x better than the old one on mobile devices, and just as good as the old one on desktop. There are a few more little niggles left, but I know you will get to them. Feedback rating number explicitly stated should make a comeback, imo. helps to figure out who has been here a long time, and/or has skin in the game, who is honest, etc.
again, my opinion. a 75% "good" feedback percentage netting you a green score isn't terribly useful, if i can say so without offending. FWIW, i liked the dropdowns, & was having no problems w/ the layout. couldn't figure out why people were bitching so much about having trouble figuring out the navigation. thanks for all you do, Goatboy ETA: i think the @ mention thing is very cool, & a great idea. |

Looks a lot better, thanks!
Can we please have the communities bar that you added to the bottom of every page also at the top of every page, like the tools bar is now? On my laptop I'm using 80% zoom now and have the text in threads at an ok size, but now the text while typing this reply is tiny. And text is different sizes in different parts of the forum. Like text still looks bigger than I'd like when in a forum looking through all the thread titles, but too small when in a community looking at the forum titles. I also much preferred having the feedback stat #s visible without having to mouse over the $. Thanks |
