My car seems more peppy after a coolant flush
Was a dog before but now I'm able to break the tires loose on the pavement |

Yes. Nitrogen filled tires will give you better handling too.

Just wait until you clay bar it. It will put gas back in your tank as you drive. |

Well you can't argue with the facts....the car can spin the tires and has much smoother acceleration now

Its possible they disconnected your battery and it reset your ecu or maybe as said above the tech found a vacuum line that popped off. Draining your freaken coolant and refilling it didn't do a damn thing for performance. |

It will also increase your skills with the ladies or men if that is how you roll
. I don't judge . |

Car breaks traction due to the oil on the ground that the tires picked up in the shop, plus the silicon shiny tire spray. If you really want to see it go faster, pop two spare tires on the drive wheels. You'll be amazed at how much faster the car goes. Smaller tires mean more RPM's.

Coolant change typically adds about 5 horsepower per gallon.

Have you tried filling the engine with sand to smooth out the internals, then rinsing with water to clean, and refilling with oil?
Runs a whole lot smoother and faster. |

I've done two intensive coolant flushes on cars where the car ended up pinging a lot less afterwards.
If the OP isn't trolling, this might be what is going on - - a reduction in detonation leading to a tiny bit more power. |

If you have a knock sensor, the ECU could have been compensating and causing a reduction in power. You want to keep on top of the coolant anyways, bad coolant + aluminum blocks = no good. |

What state are you from. Chilly weather gives you more power!

Sure op. Applying the same principle, an enema will give you more horsepower/stamina as well.

Your mechanic must have put some Seafoam in the coolant. That will clear out any buildup in the coolant filter and burn off any carbon at the coolant check valve that goes into the fuel pump.
