ABC POLLING, 4-way race

October 25, CLINTON +12

October 26, CLINTON +9

OCTOBER 28, CLINTON +4

OCTOBER 29, CLINTON +2

OCTOBER 30, CLINTON +1

NOVEMBER 1, TRUMP +1

Meanwhile, almost all other polls are very consistent, showing either a slim Trump lead, a slim Clinton lead, or a tie.

Fox News also swung big-league. A week or so ago they were touting their "Clinton +12" or something like that, and the last I heard their poll said Clinton +5.

Yeah, but an 8-point swing in three days? I'd think they would want to show a smaller swing, and get to real numbers more gradually. A swing like that should make them lose all credibility.

At this rate, when the election happens it'll be Trump +25.

I was listening to Rush a couple of weeks ago and he said the polls don't matter until two weeks out. Five days out from election day is usually the most accurate.

Until that point, polls are used to formulate policy and not predict results.

He also said that when they start to tighten, you'll hear things like "something's going on with the Trump campaign...we're not sure what, but something". Kinda sounds like "never seen such a swing".

The media has to come around to some degree or they'll risk losing whatever shred of credibility they think they have with their consumers.

Does a severe collapse in the poll numbers of the once "inevitable" candidate mired in a scandal that grows worse daily improve their voter turnout? I don't know if I believe that. Would Trump's turnout have been higher two days after the pussy tape slashed his polls than today? No way, half his supporters were in utter despair, lots of people were getting ready to pack it in and stay home Nov 8th. The casual Hillary voters that she needs to show up can't be feeling too good about her right now.

I don't see how this can be spun in Hillary's favor, it just adds to Trump's momentum. Every indication (even the fake ones) is that Trump is surging at exactly the right time.
