Vid is a few weeks old.

To everyone saying "why are people filming instead of helping?"

a) How are you going to help someone OD'd on heroin if you don't have naloxone handy?
b) In today's society, I'm not picking some random toddler up...

Call 911. Monitor pulse and respirations.  Start hands only CPR if required.  Not really much else that can be done while waiting on the amberlamps to show up.

A professional (EMT, Medic, RN, MD) doesn't need a tox screen to diagnose an opiate (heroin) overdose. The signs and symptoms are very distinct and easily assessed by a pro.. That said, aside from making sure the person's airway is open, there's not much a regular person can do....

Well, if someone was nearby who was an EMT, they may not know it's heroin, but if she had pinpoint pupils, slowed respirations or apneic, unresponsive, pale clammy....yeah pretty sure that's an opioid OD. Call 911, start compressions and if the store has an AED, apply the therapy pads and analyse
