Nope. We tried to pass one several years ago and it failed. I would suggest that you "conceal it" in the trunk of your car.

Missouri has a law pertaining to out of state travel thru Missouri. I believe it is called "Peaceful Travel Peacefully" Basically it has something to do with traveling with a firearm in your vehicle for your protection. Do a search for Missouri State Goverment. Then look for RSMO571.030 (Revised Statute Missouri) Once you find it Call Jackson County, MO Prosecutors Office and ask them about the Statute. you must remember, Missouri is backwords, until 1994 or 1995 it was legal in Missouri to have sex with an animal, but illegal to have oral sex. |

Hello! Missouri has open carry legal throughout the state. Throw that sucker on the top of the back seat, strap it on cowboy style at the gas stops and resturaunts.

Ahhh, the good ole Socialist Republic of Missouri.... Permit signed by county sheriff's office required before handgun purchase is allowed.... No concealed carry....
