So basically she is saying she saw a cop and automatically pre-judged what his or her intent would be based on their looks because that type of person scares her based not on actual experience with that person but because of learned and preconceived notions on some of them being "bad".

She is very lucky that three things prevented her from a near death encounter with law enforcement:
1) The cop probably had his hood up to avoid the dash cam recording and didn't see her pass. 2) The cop's gun was probably locked in a container out of plain view and by the time he retrieved it the car was long gone. 3) The cop realized that stop and frisk was ruled unconstitutional as it was implemented in NY, therefore he would just smile and wave. Lucky, lucky her. |
