Good. The legality of that shooting should be decided by a jury. Every shooting should ideally, but shits all retarded, and has gotten a lot more retarded in the few years it took this case to get to trial. This case should have been done in 6 months. Fucking drug cases and petty crime should take a back seat to cases of homicide and such.

This also occurred about the same time that the USDOJ investigation of APD was wrapping up.
APD got their collective dick's slapped hard... The report talked about how the APD had a "gun culture". APD ended up changing the rules on what kinds of guns cops could carry and qual with because of it. |

Armed or not, I'd be really concerned with that angle on fellow officers. Those rounds went feet from the guys up the hill. Also sounds like the first shots were from the guys on the hill. They were within 21 feet.

Dude panics thinking his nuts are about to get munched, drops his bags, possibly pulls a small blade 4. LEO scream for him to go prone, recall the K9 5. Just as he tries to get on the ground, he's perforated in the back I'm thinking at least a couple people on-scene should be in jail, while anyone in charge of their training should be fired |
