I like stuff you'll never hear on the radio. You have to be patient with the first three. This kind of music isn't the "hummable" bubble gum, three chords and a riff music.

Previous three were a similar genre with the Nick Johnston one being a bit more mellow than the other two.

A change of pace. JLP does some brilliant stuff and then some of it is just too far abstract for even me.

My favorite of his.
Jean-Luc Ponty : Savannah ( from "No Absolute Time" album )


This pair's reputation should precede them but this is not their normal fare.


Like I said....different is good. It's against state law to have an instrumental thread without including this group. I swear to god it is.
