Leave it to the 16'er to post the video right.

ETA: That looks good. Will have to record and watch it!

Saw it a few days ago so I re-read the book, forgot just how good the book is.

Show looks like it's going to be a darn decent version.

I would not have cast Ian McShane as Wednesday. Pictured him as quite different. Hoping for the best when it airs.

i'm a big nail gaiman fan, but american gods just didn't do much for me.  stardust, neverwhere, the graveyard book, the ocean at the end of the lane...fantastic (literally).

but AG and AB not so much, in my totally subjective view.

Id love to see an updated Neverwhere, even though I like the British version.  However, this looks GREAT.  I hope Netflix gets it asap

I think a Netflix produced Neverwhere would be fucking brilliant.  It would absolutely have to be 100% British though

I am a HUGE Gaiman fan for Sandman, but when I went to see "Mirrormask" (with great anticipation, I might add), I was... disappoint.  "Neil", I said, "stick to graphic novels."

Never read "American Gods", here's hoping this is good.

A two-eyed Odin?

And The Internet was not sufficiently douchebaggy.

It's going to be damned hard to adapt that book into a movie.

Excellent book, though.

Has spoilers kind of for those not familer with the book, but the bottom line is it sounds like all that parts you think they'd have cut from the book for the show are featured prominently, and even the author is super stoked how it's turning out.

He had a glass eye in the book.

I had forgotten about that. Though he has multiple forms in the book if I recall.
