Someone else in the bigger thread posted a plausible theory on timing. It seemed logical. The things that sway me are Assange's remarks and the "insurance" torrent with encrypted emails is 88 gigs. Yes, 88 gigs. The DNC release Friday was a fraction of that and was labeled Part 1.  I could be wrong and it could all be garbage.
