His speech was going well...right up until the end.
I'm disappointed, I was hoping (and expecting) Cruz to rise above the rest and call for a united front to defeat Hillary. He didn't have to "officially" endorse Trump, but he should have at least called for unity of the party, and the people, and support the nominee. He, along with all the other candidates, raised his hand and swore to support the eventual nominee of the Republican Party. I saw him do it. I expected better. The fact that so many candidates have failed to live up to that (ridiculous) pledge, makes me think that maybe the right guy won the nomination after all. That pledge may have been a cheap-shot-stunt, but if you're going to pledge on live, national TV...you'd better man-up and follow through.
