Interesting Fantasy League this week - 4 ARFCOMers within 3 point for the game week (58-61), although the world wide average was only 57 However, the Aggie leading this clusterfuck has BOTH Sergio Agüero and Zlatan Ibrahimovic. We are SO fucked. Hope he stops updating his team in November again this year so the rest of us have a chance View Quote It could happen. I got really busy last year, missed a couple of weeks and just called it quits. We will see how this year goes. |

West Ham was eliminated from the Europa League at home by Romanian champs Astra Giurgiu.
Here are the Champions League Groups including EPL teams: (A) PSG - Arsenal - Basel - Ludogorets (C) Barca - Man City - Monchengladbach - Celtic (E) CSKA Moskva - Leverkusen - Tottenham - Monaco (G) Leicester - Porto - Club Brugge - Copenhagen I think Spurs have the toughest road between competition and traveling to Moscow. Leicester was in the first pot as EPL Champion so they avoided the big guns but inexperience could still play a part though they have easy travel. Arsenal managed to avoid Real Madrid, Barca and Bayern Munich in the group stage but have to travel to Bulgaria. City should go through. Top three are setting themselves apart in the run of play. I think the coaching changes at the big 3 clubs are going to pay off this season. It will be interesting if Arsenal can reserve that 4th spot again, or if Spurs or the Reds can get their act together to bump the out. I don't see another Cinderella story even in the top 4. |

International breaks put your best players at risk of injury and it WILL happen. European play and two different domestic cups wear you down - ManU & Southhampton as I've mentioned with Thursday night play in Europe and 2 complicated Fridays of return travel. Of the current top 3, Chelsea has a big advantage with no play in Europe, but has over half a dozen players on their national teams. |

No need to bitch about playing time. It also provides youth some spot time and experience. I know of injuries, last 2 yrs MUFC was nailed with key ones. |

I understand it's early, and like all predictions there are reasons it may not come into being, but it is undeniable that these clubs are playing with a gusto that none of them have had in the previous couple of seasons (well, maybe Chelsea 2 years ago). They are all 3 playing like Champions, squeaking 3 points out of games they had no right to win, last minute victories that should have been draws, crushing teams that should have put up a better fight. As I said, in the run of play, these three teams are showing a dominance that is setting them apart, and I think its due to the coaching changes, and I don't think that's going to change through the season. Only time will tell if I'm wrong. I'd put good money on the fact that the EPL will not be won with 81 points this year. |

I havent watched the other top teams yet, but ManU has played with more physical than I seem to recall the last 2 yrs. Pogba can hold off anyone right now, an Bailly can bring the hammer, and well, Fellaini. Gotta stay off the yellows tho, dissent looks like a thing this year, Rooney got one last match. City v United next, not sure of other top teams squaring off. Time for a test. |
