Like coffee if it jumped to $250 a pound or higher.... be it from a shortage cause by disease or sun spots or whatever...

(Water/air/staple food item for survival not part of this.)

For me it would be soap products.....

It's not too hard to make soap.  Decent soap.  Fat or cooking oil, lye from stove ash, whatever you want to make it smell nice.  Mint and basil grow like weeds in my garden.
