Glock is the best general issue pistol currently on the market. Unless someone can show a very valid reason otherwise I think the Army should go to Glocks.

IMHO there's nothing magical about glock, it's just they can be made dirt cheap, so FBI can get them cheaper than others

They can use the same holsters/gear for the 19 as they do the 23. That also helps I imagine. |

Factory gen 4 Glock 19 with no finger grooves; that seems to be the perfect service/duty pistol to me.
I'm wondering if they'll offer it to the civilian market. |
