Every generation complains about the other generations. The question is: What are YOU going to do about it? That's right, you are going to do NOTHING. I'm a millenial who has the "honor" working 80 hour weeks. Hell, I've been doing 12+ hour days for the past two weeks with no day off (not that I'm complaining). Yea there are guys my age who bitch online about how everything sucks and how unfair everything is, but I also know a lot of (young) HARD working guys/girls who work their asses off for the love of their job and to make a living. Obviously we all know older guys who are very cool and just, "normal" as many of those guys are my bosses who have been in the film industry since before I was born. Then there are also the grumpy old guys who just complain about everything and how the younger kids are ruining everything. I'm sure when I'm in my 60s there will be people from my generation complaining about the younger generations. Hell, I could very well be one of the complainers
