Not entirely true,  Millennials are assholes.. I never knew what a safe space or free speech zone was before millennials.

No?

Millennials prove its generational .

There were no safe zones when I was their age, we did not need them either.  Of course im sure my grandfather was certain kids of my generation were soft, and entitled, and in comparison to people who grew up in the 30's we probably were.

There was a study recently done that showed millennials have pansy handshakes compared to other generations.

Boomer who  made sure his offspring had a free ride to college and post graduate education. ......Boomer who bought daughter's first car ( because I wanted her in something safe)....Boomer who has made sure that she has a very nice trust fund......

So......fuck you.

All that free shit, but I bet you never taught her any manners with that potty mouth of yours... ;)

Yes , I made her grow up appreciating all the goods allowed.  It is NOT FREE SHIT ......I made sure she earned every penny and is appreciative of every allowance.  Who are you to decide what I give my child....and any "potty mouth" is directly pointed at you , you bastard......how's that for "potty mouth"'

Hahahaha, why are you so angry old timer?

All I'm sayin' is here's a boomer that spent it forward.....I didn't take the Riviera cruises, I didn't buy the 2nd townhouses, I didn't buy the 2nd childhood '67 Camaro.......so I took offense to someone accusing me of squandering money supposedly dumped on me........

Hello....I missed that shower.

Every dime I have has been earned with sweat of brow or  lack of sleep studying for a test.... I'm sure there are many other here that will have a similar experience...
So before you denigrate an entire generation....think before you type.

.......and admittedly , I should be less apt to take the bait from a troller.

They don't call us "boomers" because of the era we were born in. They call us "boomers" because what happens when you piss us off.
Our parents were of the greatest generation. We had the honor and privilege of being raised by the most "don't tread on me" generation in American history since the revolution.
Its genetic that we have little tolerance for ass-hats.

And stay off my yard. :)

Lol....so you agree with me, then add some bullshit about being the only generation that has ever worked 80 hours a week.... the same generation who seen it's hay days during the most prolific unon labor movement in history... earned wages that provided an incredible standard of living, (unlike today's cost of living that is several multiples higher relative to wages.) and which only took 30 years to bankrupt itself with it's insatiable demands for "more"....

Some young looking Boomers, too. In 2008, I had a driver that looked about 19, a gunner that looked 21, and they both must've been in their 60's.  Maybe all that pot they smoked in college during the Vietnam War really is a miracle drug.

I agree.
My grandkids are starting to graduate and their parents are GenX'ers who had to pull their own weight or live off the tit.
I guess that tit tasted pretty sour because that diet didn't last long, they are all doing well for themselves and seemed to come to their senses when responsibilities started to dictate to them.
Their kids are being taught at school that the free ride is an entitlement, just as their parents were taught.

They will learn just as their parents did.

Nope, can't step away from the computer or cell phone to accomplish anything.

ETA; Just sayin'

Fell free to go fuck yourself.

The money I've earned is mine and my kids and grandchildren are not entitled to it.

I'll do with it as I please, You want money, earn it!

Didn't get any from  my parents, instead I worked for it.

How many millenials are dragging a lwnmower house to house looking for work?

I bet pulling weeds would mess up their delicately manicured hands,

How many offer to wash cars or do yardwork?

Nope, can't step away from the computer or cell phone to accomplish anything.

Naw, millenials get a degree in woman's studies or geology and bitch they can't find a job.

Of course, they beleived they should have an $80,000 a year starting salary.

My generation didn't get a trophy for particpating, we got one for being better than everybody else.

We earned that trophy.

Hell, today's "men" can't change a tire and don't know how to drive a stick.

Oh well, Hillary will be a good fit for the vaginized, bearded, hipsters that are the next generation...

PS: Op doesn't do English well.

LOL wow, the amount of wack shit you just posted is amusing.

Also, part in red, is that your net income, or gross income? Because a lot of the money you earn is not yours due to taxes and with holdings.

Every generation has mouth breathers, criminals, lazy bums, and arrogant fools.  Every generation has dipped into the public trough and brought the Country closer to the edge of financial ruin.  Every generation complains about the other generations.  The question is:  What are YOU going to do about it?   That's right, you are going to do NOTHING.  The American people have sold their souls to make everyone "equal",  gave up their Rights for a sense of false security and a few dollars, while the powers that be have entrenched themselves into a lifetime of sucking the taxpayers dry.

6 or 7 decades of this nonsense and you wonder why old people are crabby and crazy?

No, not even close. This new generation expects more for doing less than any previous generation.

The difference is well shown when the millennials said they wanted someone to defend the United States.
Just not them.

The Boomers did it.

Most boomers wealth comes in the form of asset inflation. You benefited greatly from poor economic policy and a credit cycle the world had not seen before, and likely never will see again... so congrats, you were the first generation to figure out how to vote your way into "wealth"......

At least we  had the motivation to go out and earn the money we invested into the assets.

I haven't yet met a millennial will to work 80hrs a week to achieve a goal

But their good a beer, bitching and blaming everyone but themselves.

Funny how real life doesn't give you a trophy for participation.

Is that right?

Both of you are generalizing way too much. I'm a millenial who has the "honor" working 80 hour weeks. Hell, I've been doing 12+ hour days for the past two weeks with no day off (not that I'm complaining). Yea there are guys my age who bitch online about how everything sucks and how unfair everything is, but I also know a lot of (young) HARD working guys/girls who work their asses off for the love of their job and to make a living.
Obviously we all know older guys who are very cool and just, "normal" as many of those guys are my bosses who have been in the film industry since before I was born. Then there are also the grumpy old guys who just complain about everything and how the younger kids are ruining everything. I'm sure when I'm in my 60s there will be people from my generation complaining about the younger generations. Hell, I could very well be one of the complainers

It's always the pizza delivery guys of the world and who can't rub two nickels of their own together, who have all the answers.

It's not going to happen; sorry.

But it's still not to late for you to try to make something of yourself so you won't be upset by the idea that someone else may be drinking 200 dollar scotch.

You're a funny guy..... it's the idea of unearned wealth, entitlement, and excess, and for the rest of us, immense  burden..... what's even more hilarious is that all of the boomers in this thread, whom have literally lost their shit.... can't understand the idea that generalizations don't speak to the exception.... if you're truly not what I think a typical boomer is, why are you so mad? Or does it hit a little too close to home?

You can keep telling yourself that my motivation is the result of my own economic status, but as I've already said, that is assuredly not the case.

Now, get off my lawn!
