Some conjecture. He was solidly connected to Yousef, who was in turn connected to McVeigh and Nichols.
The OKC device bore more than passing resemblance the the 92 WTC device, as well.
There's, of course, the alleged third terrorist as well.
Saddam was more than a little butthurt about the Gulf War, the implication being that he sponsored and supplied a great deal of support for OKC. He had Yasin, Yasin knew (knows) bombs...
I think it's a fair assumption.
