When I first saw that several months ago - it was more of a demonstration of 'proof of concept', and I thought one of it's main reasons for existance was to show how the BATFE's rules could be followed to the letter and still result in a weapon that was useful/potent, AND a reasonable amount of each quality that the BATFE was trying to restrict.
That said - I ASSumed that 'a lot' of people would buy one just because it was a unique poke in the eye. |

short barreled guns are a special purpose item
and like all machines, they are a compromise what they gain in shortness, they give up in other ways. you know what the irony of all these tacticool weapons is? in a lot of ways they're not as good of a weapon as a regular firearm. a shotgun with an 18" barrel is an excellent weapon shouldering the 18" shotgun puts the muzzle about where a handgun muzzle is if you hold it out in front of you. |

Kudos to the guy for weaving through the ATF bullshit, but for me it's more of a treatise on why the ATF shouldn't exist than it is a gun I'd want to buy. For that money I can build a 12", 300 BO AR with the Sig brace and a suppressor.
