Don't ever sell off your collection.

Your interests will shift back and forth over the years.

Keeping what you have will prevent you from having to purchase again at higher prices later.

Buy what's available, when it's available.

Enjoy them all.

I hear ya, just when I think I'm done.... WHAM! something else sparks my interest.
Few months back I thought I had everything I wanted. Then I saw some Form1 Suppressor builds.

If it came to just defending myself, all I need is a well made AR and G19.

I kind of enjoy shooting, tho, so that complicates things.

no

you shouldn't have spare uppers, they should be guns, that's even worse than having lowers sitting around that aren't already guns

fix it!  and then buy you something made out of anger for the axis powers...

Every single long gun I own that isn't an AR has wood furniture.

I have one Garand, but no carbine.

I do have a BYF K98k, and a (F) No.4 Mk.1 though.

Last rifle I bought was a slightly bubba fucked Argentine Mauser carbine.

I need to get around to un-fucking it.

An M1 Garand is on my list. After my 1911 project is done, I'm going to work on procuring one.

M1 Garand
SMLE No. 4 Mk. 1
FN Hi-Power
CZ-75 Compact

^
My "to get" list currently.

Maybe an M1 carbine, and a Mossberg 590A1 Tactical later on.

I just got into milsurps and got extremely lucky with a carbine from the CMP. I scored a 1945 Winchester with matching barrel. I'm told it would bring at least $1,000 in an auction if not more.

I have 2 Garands, a carbine, and 2 M39's to start my collection

carbines pretty much start at $750 for usgi, any less than that and it's gotta be bubbafucked, beat to shit or worse

i bought my first underwood for $450 around 2007 or so, sold it and regret it to this day.  it's been replaced now and i see more carbines in my future, even at today's prices

JohnMcClane, nice line up of twentieth century arms.  All you need is the 30-40 Krag and the 6 mm Lee (USN and USMC).. A Trapdoor carbine would be good too (US Volunteers still used them in the Spanish-American War).

I'm on a revolver kick right now.

Just bought a 686 about 2 weeks ago.
